VIP is a reward system implemented since V3.6 that gives bonuses to players that make purchases of in-game sales.
there are 10 levels in VIP and most players begin at lvl 1
the VIP system works first by collecting VIP points from the Wheel and/or in game sales. and its amout determine which VIP lvl do the player has.
each lvl give specific passive and active bonuses
